Long time no writtings here, for i have been busy with my work in the past days.
As a sales in Foreign trade, I have a lot to learn. Everyday, i have to deal with many emails and inquiries from my customers, and I can get much by communicating with out customers. Recently, I was busy with the applying for CE Certificate, which is the passport for our products to European Countries. It is hard work for all the information must be in English, including the drawings of the machine and the Electrics, the Operation Manul and so on. I have been worked for it for more than one month, and now we will get the certificate soon. Thanks for goodness, i finally finished the work . However, i am very sad that when i take the profiles to our Boss to sign and to finally confirm all the information. My Boss asked me that wether is the Name of the line we applied for CE is right, and I told that I have confirmed it for many times. Now what i need is his signature. He doesn’t trust me, but why he asked me to do the work at first. This is not my work .
Last year, I also did the same work for our department manager, and this year for another colleague. I worked so hard to finished the work in short time for both of these two certificates were needed urgently. However, finally, i got nothing.(In addition that i have learnt the whole process of CE).
I have to go back to my own work, and I have to reply to my customers. I haven’t answered my customers for i was busy with the CE work. One of my customer called me yesterday, asking me when i will give her an offer. Luckily, I was preparing for the offer when she is calling. I send the offer to her. There are still one, two, three, and more customers to deal with.....
